SYARAWI
LIMITED PERSONAL USE LICENSE AGREEMENT

Licensor grants the Holder a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use, display, and enjoy the associated digital artwork or media (the "Work") for personal, non-commercial purposes, including limited personal use on physical merchandise, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

This license is revocable at the sole discretion of the Licensor, and the Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license at any time via a public announcement through official channels, including but not limited to the Licensor’s website, social media platforms, or blockchain communication.

The Holder may:

• Display the Work on personal devices or in virtual environments.

• Use the Work as a profile picture, digital avatar, or in personal social media posts.

• Showcase the Work in private or public galleries, including virtual exhibitions, as long as such display is non-commercial and proper credit is given to the original artist SYARAWI.

• Print the Work on physical items (e.g., T-shirts, hoodies, posters, mugs) for personal use only.

The Holder may not:

• Use the Work for any commercial purpose, including selling, licensing, or distributing products or services featuring the Work.

• Print the Work on physical merchandise for resale or commercial distribution.

• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works based on the Work.

• Use the Work in any manner that infringes on the rights of the Licensor or any third party.

• Misrepresent ownership or authorship of the Work.

If the Work is displayed in an exhibition, gallery, or showcase (physical or virtual), the Holder must give clear and prominent credit to the original artist SYARAWI as follows:
"Artwork by SYARAWI."

The Holder acknowledges that the copyright and all other intellectual property rights in and to the Work remain solely with the Licensor. Ownership of the NFT/digital collectibles does not confer ownership of the underlying Work.

If the Holder transfers ownership of the NFT to another party, the license granted under this Agreement terminates immediately. The new owner of the NFT will be subject to this Agreement upon transfer.

This license is valid as long as the Holder maintains ownership of the NFT and the Licensor has not revoked the license. The license will terminate immediately if the Holder:

• Transfers ownership of the NFT.

• Violates any terms of this Agreement.

• Receives notice of revocation via public announcement by the Licensor.

Upon termination, the Holder must cease all use of the Work and destroy or delete any copies they have made.

The Work is provided "as is," and the Licensor makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the Work or its use.

The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Work.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties regarding its subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings.

By holding a SYARAWI NFT/Digital Collectible, the Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
